Theta meditation, is by far the easiest and most powerful way to get into a state deep of relaxation that I have found.  I’ve practiced different types of meditation that may keep up for a while but then life gets in the way and it drops off, even though I know how good it is for me!  Theta meditation is different. I’ve kept it up on a daily basis for almost 2 years and will continue to in the future because it’s EASY, FUN & extremely POWERFUL!!  The extra beautiful thing is that theta is also the brain wave state that healing occurs!  Not only do you deeply relax with this meditation series but I will also guide you through how you can utilise this state for healing your body & mind based on Thetahealing practices.
You will be doing 4 x weekly meditations with me. You will be guided step by step into that deeply relaxed theta state and will stay there connected to your highest intuition.  Then you will get to practice during the week at home. AND TO MAKE IT REALLY EASY FOR YOU: YOU WILL ALSO GET AN AUDIO WITH THE GUIDED MEDITATION YOU DO IN CLASS, so you can still do it if you feel stressed or find it harder by yourself.  The audio will guide your there effortlessly.
